CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
INQUEST AT GORE. COLLISION BETWEEN TRAP AND MOTOR CAR. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS association.] Ixvercarcill, Friday. The coroner's inquest was concluded^ to-day {touching! the death of Mrs. /Margaret Winsloe, who was fatally injured by the shaft of a light ,cart, which came into collison with a motor car, in which she was riding, in Gore. The jury found that deceased met her death by being struck by the shaft "of, a trap driven.: by John Whittingham, and that Whittingham did not exercise sufficient care in the management of-' the horse.; No blame was attached to the driver of the motor car. Whittingham will be charged to-morrow with manslaughter. Mr. Winsloe ! admitted thai the collision .night have been avoided if the driver of i.ho motor oir had kepi nearer the kerb.
