[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] '■ , „ * Dv/nedin,Thursday. .In the Supreme Court to-day William Henry Carter, an elderly man, recently sentenced for ; forgery, was 'brought up for breaking- the provisions of his probation. The judge held that on account of age and infirmity, and being in gaol some time since his arrest; accused had purged his offence and discharged him from probation. Whilst at large' Carter entered a' benevolent institution undei another name. ' ■ Simpson Dunn, 17 years of age, was" sentenced, to. six. months' imprisonment for theft from his employer, a: milkman, at Sawyer's Bay. ;
