In discussion, Mr. Wilson was condemned for giving notice of motion. Mr. Louden, chairman of the Trains Committee., said he believed the whole thing was the outcome of tittle-tattle or, the part of servants. The motion was lost by 9 votes to 7, and the second portion I was then allowed to be withdrawn.
