Norfolk, New Hebrides, and Banks' Islands, 12.45 p.m. Money orders and registered letters for United Kingdom and foreign countries, 10.45 a.m.; for. Australia, 11.45 a.m. Late letters, bearing an extra fee of Id in addition to the postage, may be posted at the Chief Post Office up to 1.5 p.m. Mail will be due in Loudon on December 30.
