THE GOVERNOR.
His Exceij.exct the Governor (Lord Plunket) and Lady Flunket visited the Auckland Hospital yesterday. They were met by Dr. Robert ou (chairman of the honorary staff), and several members of the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. They visited a number of the wards and the new operating theatre, and were much interested in what they saw. In the evening Lady Plunket, with the Hon. Kathleen Plunket, Miss Almond, and Captain Rraithwaite. attended the Auckland Liedertafel's concert in the Choral Hall. To-day Their Excellencies will visit the ostrich farm at Helvetia, near Pukekohe. The journey will be made by motor car.
