The annual meeting of the Auckland Lawn Tennis Association was held on Friday evening at the Bank of New Zealand Buildings. There was a full attendance of delegates, Mr. W. R. Holmes in the chair. Satisfactory reports and balance-sheet were submitted and adopted. It was resolved, "That the Onehunga Club be admitted to the association on the basis of a town club, and be allowed to take part in the interclub competition." A sub-committee was appointed to control this contest arid, the tournament, which it was decided should be played in sections, the championships to take place in January »and the handicap events at Easter.
