CONDITIONS: All ridel's to be Amateurs to the satisfaction of the Stewards, except in the Open Flat Race. Nominations for all events to be forwarded to the Secretaries, the Haymurket, Albert* street, or Strand Arcade. Queen-street, not later than September 15, 1905, at 9 p.m., and entrance fee must accompany nomination, otherwise they will not. be received. Weights to appear September 19. All disputes, objections, protests, etc., will be decided by a. majority of Stewards present. and their decision will be final; and all Nominations will be taken on this condition only. Unless Colours stated with Nominations, will be provided by the Club. All protests, etc., must be made to the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the race and 20s deposited as a Protest Fee. which sum will be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious.
