VERDICT OP WILFUL MURDER.

Dunkdin, Friday. A CHARGE of murder is likely to arise out of the inquest, now proceeding on the body of the. Chinese gardener. Ham Ling Ton*. A bullet found in the body this morning repcmbles a. small Colt revolver bullet. The weapon used was evidently a powerful one as Ike distance, the missile had travelled in the body » great. No motive can be discovered for the crime. f| le old man was of inoffensive habits. If the object was money, it failed, as the deceased's cash was found in a box near the bed.
