INDEMNITY CRUCIAL POINT.
RUSSIAN GENERAL MOBILISATION. (Iteceirel August 10, 12.42 a.m.) London, August 15. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Times < says that he has been informed in high quarters that unless the claim to indemnity is withdrawn the negotiations for peace will end in rupture. He adds that during the present week preparations will be completed for general mobilisation with a view to a supreme effort being made during this year to defeat the Japanese armies.
