YOUTHFUL OFFENDERS. At the Police Court yesterday, before Dr. Cardan, George Pierce and Harry Purdy, two young lads, admitted having kicked a football in Drake-street. Sub-Inspector Black said boys were in the habit of playing football in the vicinity of Drake-street, and were a source of annoyance to passers- '>}■ The Bench, after warning the boys not to do it again, convicted and discharged them on paying costs. Three youths, John Gibson, Bert Hibbs, and John Hawkes, pleaded guilty to having thrown stones in Patteson-street. to the clanger of passers-by on Saturday afternoon last.
