REFUSAL OF MEDICAL EXAMI-
NATION.

London, July 26. The men of three companies of the First Dorset Artillery Volunteers have refused to submit to medical examination, ordered by the Army Council for all volunteers, to ascertain the fitness of each man for foreign service. The ground of the men's objection is that they enlisted for Home service only. The order has caused general dissatisfaction among . the, ypjiint^erss.
