On inquiry at the hospital just before going to press this morning we were informed that the young man, Frank T. Rose, who shot.himself with a revolver at the Thames Hotel on Tuesday, was sinking rapidly. The bullet had entered the brain, arid from his admission very little hopes were- entertained of his recovery. • < • •••'/-
