A Bill has been introduced into the Victorian Legislative Assembly to abolish .separate representation of public officers and railway officers in Parliament. The Bill provides that public and railway servants .shall vote in the same manner as other electors. The abolition of separate representation means the reduction of the number of members of the Assembly by three, and of the" Legislative Council by one.
