THE TEREK AND THE NEWS OF TSUSHIMA. (Received July 3, 9.57 p.m.) London, July 3. A passenger'on the Prinsesse Marie, the Danish steamer sunk recently by the Russian converted cruiser Terek, says he gave the Russians a Singapore newspaper containing news of the defeat of the Baltic fleet. When they had fully grasped the fact, the Russians, officers and men alike, cheered loudly. The Terek then headed for Batavia with her bunkers reduced to the last scrapings.
