PALMERSTON NORTH SUPREME COURT.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] J'ai.MERSTon North, Tuesday. The Supreme Court opened this morning before Mr. Justice Cooper. The grand jury threw out the bill against Robert Kink, a. youth, charged 'with assault, and causing actual bodily harm to another boy iu a schoolboy tussle, at Feilding.
