"■ . THE URUROA. T; The Jiree-masted schooner ITuroa, Captain D. A. Sharp, tailed to. Whangaroa yesterday morning, to reship hei cargo of timber for Sydney. The vessel, it will be remembered, put into Whangaroa leaking, whilst on the voyage from Tairua to Sydney, she iiavinj, taken the ground at Tairua whilst coming out. owin? to the low state of the tide, caused by the absence of rain. Coming ■■> Auckland the vessel was, floated into Calliope Dock, where sho was thoroughly repaired under the supervision of Mr. Lane. Jan. Captain 21. I. Clayton (surveyor to Lloyd's Register), and Captain Plnnkett (surveyor foi the Underwriters' Association), conducted the survey of the vessel, and certified that the vessel at the completion of the repairs was in a very satisfactory condition. Captain Sharp expresses mniself as well pleased at the prompt and satisfactory manner in which the repairs to the vessel were effected.
