WHEREAS Sarah O'Connor, of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in this district, Married Woman, claiming to have been lawfully married to you, has tiled her petition against you in our said Court praying for a Dissolution of tho said Marriage, wherein she alleges that you have without cause wilfully deserted her, the said Sarah O'Connor, and have, without such cause, left her continuously so deserted during a period of Five Years and upwards, and that you have for the space of four years and upwards, to wit, from the year 1895 to the present time, been an habitual drunkard, and have habitually left her, the said Sarah O'Connor, without means of support.
