London", April 30. The Agents-General were present at Hie annual banque' of the Royal Academy on Friday night at Burlington House.
The Prince of Wales also was present. His Royal Highness congratulated the Academy upon having decided to officially recognise colonial students and admit them without examination to _ the Academy's schools. This decision must have been received with gratitude and satisfaction by their brothers across the seas.
