THE most noticeable feature of the Supreme Court returns for the quarter ended March 31 is an increase in petitions for divorce, which numbered 23, against 14 last quarter, and 10 during the corresponding quarter of last year. The Court sat on 14 days, and granted 13 decrees nisi and nine decrees absolute.,
