A WEST COAST CONFERENCE.

HoKITIKA, Wednesday. The Westlawl Railway League is about to arrange a general conference for the West Coast with regard to the Midland railway, on the same lines ;wt that recently held iu Caristchurch. Delegates from Canterbury will be invited, also prominent Parliamentarians including Ministers. The date is provisionally fixed for Easter, but will be changed to suit the convenience of likely visitors.
