COAL MINES EMPLOYMENT BILL.

London, March 18. The Coal Mines Employment Bill, which limits the working day for boys under 18 years in coal mines to eight hours, has been read a second time by 190 votes to 131. The Bill is opposed by the miners of Northumberland and Durham.
