DUNEDIN POLICE SENSATION.

Dcnedin, Saturday. There are 110 fresh developments in connection with the police scandal. Commissioner Ditinie arrived on Saturday and is going into the whole matter with Inspector O'Brien. The detectives are determined to get to the root of the matter and clear up everything. None of the goods, except those from the D.1.C., have been identified. The detectives are making every effort to trace the ownership of the large quantity of miscellaneous goods which has been collected from the houses of the various constables. The three constables suspended are Constables Quill, Bunting, and Osborne, the last-named being under arrest.
