Sir, —Could you inform your readers by ■what right or authority Mr. Greens]ado (who is on tour with Mr. Carroll, Native Minister) can visit and address a Government school, as was done at To Mate this week, and instigate a day's holiday for the children? Mr. Greenslade is not Prime Minister yet, nor even member for that district.— am, etc., Obskrveb.
