Dr. Boseby, who has just returned from New Zealand, has given tho press some of his impressions of the colony. He &ays he was forcibly struck with the almost entire absence of signs of abject poverty and distress, of social derelicts, and of neglected children such as are seen in Sydney. The land legislation of New Zealand, he added, led the world. He also was deeply impressed with the excellent results of New Zealand's temperance legislation.
