[IIY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] lIOKITIKA, Thursday. Tirr.'Westlarid County Council yesterday resolved to extend invitations to Sir Joseph Ward, and the Hon. W. Hall-Jones to visit South Westlaud, with a view to noting its requirements In regard to roads, bridges, and other facilities, to assist more rapid development of that steadily growing district.
