[BY. TELEGRAPH: —PRESS association.] Wellington-, Thursday. H.M.s. Sparrow, the vessel which the Admiralty has promised to hand over to the New Zealand Government for use as a training vessel, is to leave Sydney for Wellington early next month, in charge of Captain Post, of the Tulanekai.
