XItcBABL Histoi', a bookmaker, was fined £5 to-day for trespass on the New Brighton Trotting* Club's grounds. In giving his decision, Mr. W. R. Haselden, S.M, said he thought that before the trespass question was finally settled another ease, would have to go up to the full Court, and foi that reason he would not «end His'.op 'to gaol.
