IMMENSE TORPEDO FLEET.
(Received October 31, 12.47 a.m.) London, October 30. The First Lord of the Admiralty (Sir John Fisher) issued an order on Thursday for 110 torpedo-boats and destroyers to assemble, some at Portland and the rest at Gibraltar.
