INTEREST at the rate of Four Pounds Ten Shillings per centum per annum, payable half-vearly Tenders for the whole or any smaller numbe- of the above Debentures will be received in tho Town Clerk's Office until 4 o'clock p.m. of THURSDAY, the 10th clay of November, 1904. No Tender will be received for part of a Debenture, ner at less than par value.
