Edwards and Boss. It was decided that a proportion of the net proceeds of the _ entertainment be handed over to the various church choirs. - - ._' ... ; ' The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will hold its annual spring horse fair on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week. The entries number 800 horses, comprising 250 medium and heavy draughts, 450 upstanding hacks and light harness horses, and 100 unbroken draught and Ufftit colts. The sale commences on the first day at ten a.m., and at nine a.m. on the two following sale days. At these sales buyers are usually present from all parts of the colony.
