ADMIRAL SKRYDLOFF CENSURED". London, August 2". The Russian Admiralty severely criticises the action of Vice-Admiral Skrydloff in making the recent disastrous sortie from Vladivostok. Admiral AJexeicff is held chiefly responsible for the sortie, but i it is considered at St. ', Petersburg that Vice-Admiral Skrydloff should himself have taken command of the cruisers, instead of giving the command to Rear-Admiral Jessen.
