ADDRESS BY MR. MANDER M.H.R.
[BY TELEGRAPH.-—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Whanoarei, Thursday. Mr. Mander, M.H.R. for Marsden, delivered a lire-sessional address in Whan^xrei-last night. He traversed the legislation of the past session, criticising the administration of the Government and their land policy. He was accorded a vote of thanks and an expression of the fullest confidence. Tie meeting was well attended and orderly.
