THE HOANGA.
GTSBOENIE. April 18.-On tho voyage from Auckland the steamer Tarawera called in at Hicks Bay. where the dismasted scow Hoanga is anchored. The master of the vessel stated that he was in no danger, and was waiting instructions from hie owner*. Both masts were broken off below the crosstrees. i The Gisborne Sheep Farmers' Company's steamer Nautilus left Gisborne at 6 o'clock tins evening with ' the '. object of taking tho dismasted scow Hoanga in tow. East Inland lighthouse to-day advised that the Hoanga had shifted nearer the shore, and is now out of sight of the lighthouse.
