POLISH HOSTILITY TO RUSSIA.
London, April 11.
A crowded meeting of Polish emigrants in Whitechapel denounced Russian, tyranny towards Poland, and prayed for Russia's defeat in the war, in the hope that it would weaken her power and enable the Poles to change their political situation.
