EDUCATION IN AMERICA.

THE MOSELEY. COMMISSION. By Telegraph.—PfeM A ■ Maistion.—Copyright. (Deceived April 11, 5.59 p.m.) London, April 11. The report of the Commission, organised by Mr. Alfred Mosele> to visit the United States for the purpose of studying the education, question emphasises America's absolute belief in the value of education, including manual training in schools.' The Commission considers that education. though not a prime cause, is a powerful contributory cause to America's progress and an essential of itis maintenance. The absence of class prejudices and any religious difficulty in America served materially to facilitate efficient work. The schools of various grades of education were co-ordinated, thus preventing overlapping. The Commission urges that the need of such organisation in British education is imperative.
