The Collector of Customs has received tho following telegram from Parapara- :—A lifebuoy has been found on the beach, bearing the name Grace Dent, Sydney. Gketmoutu, Monday. The coal export for last week was: — Brunner Company, 1209 tons 19cwt ; Blackball, 1467 tons Buwt. Dunt.jun, Monday. A man named McPbarsou, employed at Tarras station, Cromwell district, committed suicide by hanging this morning.
