ISOLATING CONSUMPTIVES.

London, -January 21. A West End consumption specialist, commenting on the Victorian Board of Health's proposals to isolate those afflicted with tuberculosis, admits that isolation is a useful precaution at a certain period of the disease, but is unnecessary in the initial stages.
