His Exceixexcy tub Govkhxor (Lord Ranfurly) is intending to return Home by way of China and Japan, and thence by the Trans-Siberian railway to Europe. Inquiries made as to the facilities for travelling brought from the Russian State railway officials a most courteous reply, complete information, and an offer of a speci-ally-reserved carriage for His Excellency's use. Of courso if war breaks out in the Far East the Governor's plans will necessarily undergo % change.
