Sir John Turner, leather manufacturer, Nottingham, a member of the National Liberal Club, has joined the Tariff Commission of Inquiry.
Berlin, December 21.
The Reiehsbote, a Berlin journal, commenting on New Zealand's Preference Bill, asks what Germain' proposes to do if the other colonies imitate New Zealand's example, and she is excluded from the world's markets.
