[BY telegraph.— press ASSOCIATION.] Nelson, Monday. A public meetincr in, connection with the extension of inland communication, especially the proposed road to Hanmer Springs and the railway to Buller, was held at Motupiko, on Saturday. This was the second of a series of such meetings arranged in the country districts. The resolutions were carried, and delegates to form a deputation to the Government Were appointed.
