THE VENTUR A.-A RECORD VOYAGE. The mail steamer Ventura, Captain H. M. Hay ward, arrived from San Francisco, Honolulu and Pago Pago, at 12.15 a.m. on June 21, and anchored in the stream for,medical and Customs inspection, which was carried out at 6 a.m. The Ventura has made the record run of'tho steamers of the mail line, her actual time on the voyage being 16 days J minutes; the steaming time being 15 days,. 4 hours 35 minutes. Leaving San Francisco at 11.5 p.m on June 4. the Ventura reached Honolulu on the 10th, leaving again at 10.17 p.m. the same date, and arrived at Pago Pago on the night of the 16th, leaving for Auckland at 12.25 a.m. on the 17th, and arriving at 11.32 p.m. on June 20. anchoring in the stream as above. The Ventura proceeded on to Sydney on June 21.
