Thirdly, in nil that Parcel of Land, containing 1 rood and 18 perches, more or less, bounded as nnpears in a plan deposited in Iho Land Registry Office at Auckland, as Number 1651. and being Lots 26, 27. and 28 of the Subdivision of the Waitangirua Block, situate at Phortland, Thames, in the Provincial District of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 91, Folio 56. of the Register Book. And I hereby give notice that I shall cause the said Estate.
