SECOND BEADING CARRIED.

- London, May 8. By 443 votes to 26, the Irish Land Rill was read a second time. Mr. Coghill moved the rejection of the measure.
Mr. Healy mercilessly attacked the Home Rule Liberals who opposed the measure, and predicted that the Bill would change more than Ireland. It would change England, too.
Mr. Morley, in warmly suppoi*ting the Bill, elicited from Mr. Wyndham, amid cheers, a promise to discuss the first clause in committee stage with an open ruind£or all. The members of the minority consisted of two Unionists, Sir Charles Dilke,, Mr. Eayne and other Liberals'.
