ROAD BOARD ELECTIONS.

EDEN TERRACE. Nominations to fill vacancies on the Eden Terrace Road Board closed on Saturday. As only three candidates were nominated, viz., Messrs. F. A. Cleveland, A. C. Atkin, and J. H. Garrett, no poll will be necessary. .' AVONDALE. Nominations to fill three vacancies on the Avondale Road Board closed at noon on Saturday. Five candidates were nominated, viz., Messrs. T. B. Clay, D. O. Evan, J. Potter, W. J. Tait, and E. J. Cairn. The poll will take place 011 Saturday next at the Avondale Public Hall between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. ARCHHILL. Messrs. G. Baildon, J. Jenkin, and 0. S. Waddingham were the only candidates nominated for the three, vacancies on the Archhill Read Board, and have been declared duly elected.
