THE CABINET AND HOME RULE.
WILD RUMOURS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received April 11, 12.42 a.m.) London, April 10. The Marquis of Londonderry, president of the Board of Education, says he is astounded at the wild rumour as to the Government's intentions regarding Home Rule. He says he never heard a member of the Government mention the subject. Mr. Wyndham, Chief Secretary for Ireland, describes the rumours as unfounded rubbish.
