The Conciliation Board, in the bakers'.dispute, recommend that 48 hours constitute a week's work, of not more than 10 hours lin any day, that wages be as follows. :'— Foreman, £3 weekly; second hands,, £2 10b; third, £2 ss; jobbers, 10s daily or Is '3d per hour; overtime, la 6d per hour; apprentices to be indentured for five years.
