ARREST OF AN ENGLISH SOLICITOR.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchurch, Sunday. The police to-day arrested a man named Arthur Holmes, alias" Holts, said to have been a solicitor. He was arrested on a provisional warrant charging him with having committed fraud at Bedford, England.
