The Loan is being raised tinder the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, and has been duly authorised by the vote of the Ratepayers, to enable the Auckland City Council to make and lay out Victoria Park, Freeman's Bay. The Loan and interest thereon is secured upon the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing Loans secured thereonNo tender will be received for part of a. Debenture, nor at less than par value. Each tender must be endorsed on the envelope " Tender for Debentures." and have enclosed a marked cheque or cash for 10 per cent, of the amount of the tender.
