Abbeeline, formerly chief de-tective-inspector of Scotland Yard, is strongly of opinion that Ylosowki, who was convicted of the murder of women at Southwark, and Jack the Ripper, the perpetrator of the Whitechapel atrocities in 1889, are identical.
