It seems possible ■ that the charge against Dr. Fullarton, of alleged illegal practices, may not proceed . during the present session of the Supreme Couri It appears that the grand jury was composed, of 19 only, and that a true bill was returned by a riiajority of one, 10 votes for a true bill to nine against, while the law stipulates that the majority must be 12.
